For all sorts of help, you can call us at 315-764-0566 or toll free at 800-764-0566. Our Call Center is ready to answer your calls every business day from 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 AM until 6:00 PM on Friday and from 8:00 AM until 12:30 PM on Saturday.
If online and email connections work for you, you have several options. Through NetTeller™, you can leave a message, available in the "Message Center" menu on the top right of the NetTeller™ screen. Our representatives will answer your message at the beginning of the very next business day.
We can also be reached via email and will respond as soon as we can! Please include your first and last name and a telephone number so we can more quickly address your question or comment. For your protection, do not include your account number in your email.
For NetTeller™ issues or problems, please include your telephone number and a good time for us to call you. Your security is important to us and we will not take any action on your NetTeller™ account access unless you authorize us to do so over the phone or in person.

The Supervisory Committee is a committee of the Board of Directors and oversees the internal audit and external audit functions at the credit union. It is charged with ensuring the safety and soundness through audit functions.
