Multi-Factor Authentication For Smartline
In keeping with Federal guidelines for keeping the safety and security of your accounts, we will be introducing a new safety feature through Smartline. Starting April 5th, it will be necessary to use two (2) Audio Access codes when calling in to Smartline.
Once the new security feature is in place, you will be prompted to enter your account number and access code as you have done in the past. You will then be prompted to enter a "new" secondary access code. Please follow Smartline's instructions for entering the second access code. Going forward, when you log onto Smartline you will be required to use both codes.
