Harold Raymonda
Treasurer |
Residence of: Norwood
Number of Years as a Member: 45 Years
Credit Union Positions Held: Board Member, Credit Committee
Occupation / Professional Responsibilities / Community Involvement:
Retired from General Motors after 29 years of service. He is a member and retiree of the United Auto Workers.
Harold is a 40 year member of the Norwood Kiwanis Club. He is also a member of the Norwood Recycling
Committee, the Norwood Lake Association Regatta Committee and is an honorary member of the Flower
Hill Hunting Club.
Reasons for Wanting to Serve on the SeaComm Board of Directors:
I want to remain on the Board of Directors because I started when it started, through rough times when we could
only give $50.00 loans, and now we give loans in the millions. I have over 20 years on the Credit Committee also.
I foresee tough times ahead and experienced people are needed. We have a well experienced, well working Board.
Our success has been a result of a great Board. Thank you. |

Myron Burns
Director |
Residence of: Waddington
Number of Years as a Member: 13 Years
Credit Union Positions Held: Board Member, Supervisory Committee
Occupation / Professional Responsibilities / Community Involvement:
President & Treasurer of Ray Burns & Sons Trucking, Inc., which is a fifty four year old, multi-million dollar
agri-business trucking firm. With more than 30 trucks transporting all over the entire northeast, Myron oversees
the firms daily operations and finances, a position he has held for the past fourteen years. Myron, who has been
a licensed pilot since 1972, is a certified flight instructor and a member of the Massena Experimental Aircraft
Association. In addition, he is past president of the local flying club #4640 Juliet based in Massena, NY.
Reasons for Wanting to Serve on the SeaComm Board of Directors:
First of all I believe in what the Credit Union stands for. People helping people. I am proud to support that idea
and work toward continuing that effort. Next, I feel that the experience I have obtained from being part of a
50 year old family business allows me to share ideas and knowledge that could benefit the organization and its
members. Up until now I have not been afforded the opportunity to volunteer my services on a regular basis due
to time constraints. I now feel that not only do I have the time, but I have the desire it takes to be committed
to an organization such as SeaComm. |

Mitch Marolf
Director |
Residence of : Louisville
Number of Years as a Member: 15 Years
Credit Union Positions Held: Board Member, Supervisory Committee
Occupation / Professional Responsibilities / Community Involvement:
Store manager of P&C Foods, Inc., Massena, a multi-million dollar store and part of a fifty-six store chain. He began
his career with the grocery chain in 1971 serving in a number of capacities, and for the past 34 years has been in
management, including a period of time as district manager. Mitch is a graduate of Lowville Academy and Central
High. He also attended Hillsdale College, Hillsdale MI.
Reasons for Wanting to Serve on the SeaComm Board of Directors:
I would greatly accept the challenge and opportunity to stay as a Board member. I had spent seven months on the
Supervisory Committee, and three months as a Board member. The qualifications I bring are that I have 34 years
experience as a manager of a multi-million dollar a year business in retail. Many of the same issues, such as
compliance policies, quarterly /annual budgets, reading operation statements, internal audits and being
Sarbanes Oxley compliant, as well as human resource issues, all parallel what SeaComm does. I feel my biggest
asset would be my desire to learn and grow; my decision and people skills, and ultimately do what is best for both
the members and the credit union. Thank you for the opportunities already given me. |
