
Q. Does my Debit card have a daily limit? Can it be increased?
A. Yes. The daily limit for all members is $1,575 and cannot be increased for security reasons.

Q. I lost my ATM/debit card. What should I do?
A. Contact the Credit Union immediately to have the card blocked. If the Credit Union is closed call 888-849-6046 to block the card.
Q. If I use my debit card, does the money come out of my account right away?
A. The funds may come out immediately from your account or the merchant may place an authorization to hold the funds until they are withdrawn from your account.

Q. Is there a charge when I use my ATM / debit card at one of SeaComm's ATM machines?
A. No. We do not charge our members to use a SeaComm owned ATM machine.

Q. Is there a charge when I use my ATM/debit card at an ATM machine that is not owned by SeaComm?
A. There is not a charge for the first four transactions. After four transactions there is a $1.00 fee per transaction.

Q. Is there a charge when I use my debit card to make purchases?
A. No.

Q. I forgot or would like to change the PIN number for my ATM/debit card, how do I get a new one?
A. With valid identification, you can reset your PIN number at any SeaComm location immediately. If you are unable to visit one of our branches, you can request that your PIN be reset by phone and it will take approximately 7-10 buisness days to recieve your PIN via US Mail.
